The previous posts of Mattel’s Justice League animated series figures were meant to culminate in this post, with all the members assembled. I was inspired to take photos of these old toys in my collection after my recent viewing of the Justice League Complete Series DVD.

Merely typing this post sends tingles down my spine. The news was announced by no less than Hot Toys’ main man Howard Chan himself in the latest issue of Milk magazine and highlighted at Sideshow Freaks forum. My wishlist of accompanying accessories for this figure includes: 1) Clark Kent head with removable glasses, hat, suit, trenchcoat and briefcase.
Opening this week at Gallery1988 Los Angeles is a He-Man themed group art show; “Under the Influence: He-Man and the Masters of the Universe” ~ in which 100 artists pay tribute to the beloved toy and cartoon. Opening reception is Friday, January 8th (7-10pm) and exhibits thru January 29th, 2010
