Gene’s Final Curtain Call ~ Part I

Last night I dressed two of my Gene dolls in fashions recently acquired. They are waiting to be photographed and I visualized them looking over their shoulders as they retreated from the front of a stage on the last night of their performance. In a few days I will have begun to attend my first and last Gene Marshall convention.

I am so bummed about the new Miss Revlon doll. I keep hoping that each time I look at her I will find something pretty about her face but it’s not working. I wanted to adore this doll because I had a Little Miss Revlon doll as a child

Compared with Flashlight, Glow Sticks Needing No Batteries

Comparing glow sticks with flashlight, one would notice that safety glow sticks can glow brightly for twelve hours, and they are lighter than flashlight.  Using safety glowsticks, you can be rest assured that you will no have illumination issue.  With flashlight, you cannot be sure, but to take backup batteries.   A glow stick produces light based on two chemical ingredients.  Glow badges are simply glow sticks in badge shape.  They can be stick on clothes or on furniture for decoration.  There are usually two sticks of 1” or 1.5” long inside the badge. So to make a glow badge glow, the mini glowing sticks need to be broken.

The Statue of Liberty (French: Statue de la Liberté), officially titled Liberty Enlightening the World (French: la Liberté éclairant le monde), dedicated on October 28, 1886, is a monument commemorating the centennial of the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence, given to the United States by the people of France to represent the friendship between the two countries established during the American Revolution. It represents a woman wearing a stola, a radiant crown and sandals, trampling a broken chain, carrying a torch in her raised right hand and a tabula ansata, where the date of the Declaration of Independence JULY IV MDCCLXXVI is inscribed, in her left arm
