She is the Zita from the Stardust Convention collection known as “Hostess With The Mostest.” The original dolls looked like this: Wayne restyled her hair by removing her white streak and moving the position of one of the curls.

Safety light sticks look and work in the same way as regular light sticks except they are more heavy duty. They are brighter, glowing longer and with a longer shelf life than regular sticks. Light sticks are used for makeshift light for all sorts of nocturnal activities when you require some light for marking, locating things, and fixing things in emergency.
