Glow necklaces, also known as glow sticks necklaces are not only 4th of July favors, but are also popular at a variety of other events and celebrations. They bring a lot of fun to parties and fireworks. They are essentially 22 inch long. When you bend this long and thin glow stick all the way to activate it and then connect two ends with a connector to make a loop, a glow necklace is created.
