Chances are you haven’t turned on your television or been to the movie theater this summer if you’re somehow unaware of the latest Transformers movie, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen . I’ve taken my children to several movies this summer and every single one has an action-packed trailer for the Transformers movie during the previews, and every time my son (who is well under 13, and therefore will not be seeing this PG-13 movie) turns to me and says, “That looks so cool !” Of course, the first Transformers movie met with mixed reviews; some argued that it was a blasphemy against the original concept

Now that it seems we have established some basic knowledge of Bongolesia and it’s inner workings, some folks have asked me about it’s “neighbors”; who are they and what are they, and most of all, what is their relationship to Bongolesia. So after reviewing all current intelligence info, and perusing old articles from “The Weekly World News”, and catching up on my 1987-1988 episodes of “As The World Turns”, I’ve turned my attention to the first of a two parter on Bongolesia’s Southern Neighbor; The Mysterious Fandango Republic… ———— THE FANDANGO REPUBLIC Beyond the Southern Border of Bongolesia lies The Fandango Republic, (also occasionally known as “The Mysterious Fandango Republic”).

As owner of TysToyBox.com that’s pretty much my life (that and my kids homework, sporting events, etc.!)  If you are reading this blog, chances are that you have kids and are pretty in tune with what your kids like or don’t like as well! A bit of Bongolesian History…

Well it’s 2009 in Bongolesia and despite the recent nastiness up in the Northwestern corner of the country, (Which will be addressed REAL SOON), things seem to be normal in the daily lives of Bongolesians throughout the country. The New Year Celebrations helped bring in the New Year with joyous noise, music, par-tays, and all sorts of merry mischief and mayhem that Bongolesians are well known for. There was a little damage as someone fire-bombed three porta-toilets at a construction site in Waughtown, and some shop windows were broken by over-festive party-goers, but overall the damage was minimal, fires were controlled, and only 4 people killed.

European News Network (ENN),”All the news, delivered with a European Flair, by a Eurobabe…” Missing scientists and missing “Super Element” confirmed kidnapped by BARF”!!! (Sudekia) In a flurry of recent events, sources have how confirmed that the 3 missing scientists and their cargo of the rare mysterious “Super Element”, Bongolesium, have probably been kidnapped by anti-govt. guerilla forces of the Bongolesian Revolutionary African Front, (BARF).

Eeeek again! It seems that suddenly I’ve gotten the room “pretty much clean” and usable, and I have a cleanish sort of worktable! (What the heck is that about?) During this time I also got around to FINALLY hanging up the National Colors of Bongolesia! Yeps…da flags on da wall! (A clean desk in this picture, as opposed to the previous post…and don’t forget to salute the flag!) That being said…I’ve realized that I need to get some stuff done for my December game.

The room is clean, and my December project…

Oh my it’s been almost two months since my last update on this site! Good gawsh almighty! Okay, I’ve done no real AK47 Republic Gaming in quite a while, (almost a year now, oh my!), and instead have been working on painting figs, building scenery, and learning to resin cast. It’s hard to learn how to resin cast when you have THREE seperate Arts/Crafts/Hobby Stores and NONE of them carry Alumilite! (Well one did but dropped the brand)… The last entry that I posted showed the “Bongolesian Arch”.
