Wallace is a fictional character from the “Wallace and Gromit” series of four British animated short films and a feature-length film by Nick Park of Aardman Animations. All the characters in the films are made from moulded plasticine modelling clay on metal armatures, and filmed with stop motion animation. Wallace, an absent-minded inventor from Wigan, Greater Manchester, is a cheese enthusiast (especially for Wensleydale)

Aww, she is SO cute! Ta, Ta, Bad little pup! She found this tiny stuffed bunny which is usually on a shelf in my son’s room but the shelf was taken down when we painted his room last weekend. The bunny came from the Easter Bunny last year. So I had to wait to rescue the bunny or our pup would have wanted to play tug of war with it.

Ok, so there were two Fashion Royalty collections: the second one was called Dazzle and it was explained to us (for those who follow the storyline of the doll’s characters) that this was Vanessa Perrin’s photoshoot ambience and inspiration for the new W Cosmetics campaign, while the Foundation collection is the characters outside the studio looking for Veronique Perrin. If Eugenia goes out with that outfit to look for her cousin, she may end up where she does noe want to go…

Fashion Royalty 2010: The Dazzle Collection

Last Saturday, Integrity Toys organized a webinar for the unveiling of their 2010 collections. The on-line event was attended by approximately 400 persons and featured all the company’s designers presenting their doll lines and commenting on their inspiration, while at the same time the attendees could vote on their favourites.

I have to admit that I like the American Girl mini-dolls such as the Kaya doll shown above (especially the cute mini-book that comes with them!) However I never dreamed of re-dressing them as some of my friends have! The Nom painting is nearly 6 feet tall, the other isnt small either. I have eye strain again, I use photography lights set up behind my back to illuminate the painting etc, but the brightness over my shoulder is fucking with my eyes… GAH ! Still the paintings are moving along !

Mighty Beanz are back

So here they are Obi Wan Kenobi from Star Wars old and new…………I gave Alec Guiness’s Obi a light sabre because he is my favourite Obi Wan.  They sure were fun to make and I hope Justine is pleased with them.  Mark certainly like them,  his exact words were “oooooh I want them” so I took that as a good sign.  I would love to make all the star wars characters  in this size eventually………we will see as there are only so many hours in the day and I am loving making new big critters right now.

Oooooops,  I didn’t mean to leave it so long to make a post and update you guys from Critterville.  I am not sure what happened exactly,  I’ll blame it on these guys They are rotters after all.   I can’t believe it’s finally getting close to Spring (not that you can tell from outside)  but making Easter-ie goodies always gets my mind ticking over in anticipation for Spring,   YIPPEEEE finally . So other than the rotters which I will of course add to the shop …… I also have been working on a big guy About time right?  I still  haven’t quite finished him though so this is just a teaser,  I just didn’t want you guys to think I’d been slacking.   I also remembered just how much I love making the big guys.
