Spin Master Sea Princess Moon Sand

by Eleanor de Bruin When we picture a princess, we tend to imagine a beautiful young lady living in a palace and surrounded by servants. This princess from Spin Master is indeed a beautiful young lady, but she lives at the bottom of the ocean and is surrounded by sea creatures.

Using her Nikon D90 on a tripod in natural ligh, she presents us with an image straight out of a fashion magazine. The Business Environment in Canada

With Alison stepping down from the company on an active basis completely, a number of documents needed to be updated and amended, including a lot of credit card and banking information.  In point of face, we actually had to reapply for most of our documents, a rather frustrating experience. Theory ran into reality whilst dealing doing our applications and I found out one of the many reasons why Canada (and Canadian businesses) are just not as competitive as the US.  The business environment stinks

Roll on Saturday……

Ok so everyone loves the weekend…….that’s kinda  a no brainer right?  But this weekend I especially love as I’m going to see the rather brilliantly funny Joel Mchale at the Chicago theatre.  I Love Joel Mchale his comedic timing on the soup always has me in stitches, no one can say chicken tatrazini and make me need to weeeeee quite like Joel (in a good way).  And for the longest time I’ve always wanted to see something at the Chicago theatre so this really is a win win weekend……..plus we are staying at the Palmer hilton hotel for the night so we don’t have to endure the late night drive back to Rockford yaaaaaaaaaaaay life is good. I have a new critter I’d like you to meet too THis is Smithy,  and he’s a bit of a scally wag…….he is looking for a forever home though so I will add him to the shop asap.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of E-Patterns!

I’ve been selling e-patterns for close to 5 years now and have found myself thinking a lot lately about e-patterns, the future of e-patterns, and trends I have been noticing. In doing so for some reason the movie and the soundtrack to the 1966 movie by Sergio Leone “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” kept springing to mind

Skeleton crew

by David Smith We’ve seen scurvy-ridden pirates before, but we’ve never seen pirates that look quite so unwell as these new arrivals from Playmobil . It’s not that surprising, of course – they’re all dead! The new Ghost Pirates range will give your timbers extra reason to shiver, as phantom ships and mouldering mariners take to the seas, clearly happy to continue doing in the afterlife what they did while alive.
